Hi everyone,
I’m facing a serious issue with my product listing on Amazon, and I’ve exhausted all possible solutions. I’m hoping someone here can help.
I’m the only authorized seller of a handmade product under my registered brand name. I’m connected to the manufacturer, who confirmed that they only produce this product for me, and I have exclusive selling rights in the UK.I also control the GS1 barcode myself.
Although my UK trademark is pending, my brand is already enrolled in Brand Registry. Despite this, another seller has joined my product page, selling a different product that is not the same as mine. This has led to bad reviews on my listing because customers are receiving the wrong product.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
1. Submitted multiple cases with Amazon Brand Registry and provided evidence (manufacturer letter, invoices, etc.).
2. Used every available tool to report a violation, but the system won’t allow me to report it due to my pending trademark status.
3. The responses from Amazon have been generic and unhelpful, saying this issue doesn't involve a violation.
I’m completely stuck. I don’t understand what else I can do to prove that the other seller isn’t selling the same product. How are they able to join my listing without proof of selling the same brand. If anyone has experience dealing with a similar issue or knows a solution, please share. I’m desperate to fix this before my brand’s reputation suffers further.
Thanks in advance for your help!
