SAFE-T Claim Approved, But buyer asking for a refund again

HI, We hasd to file a Safe-T claim, as tyhe buyer sent goods in our packaging that were not ours, they were a similar product however they were much cheaper, and it looked like they had been fitted, and obviously started detiriration: The seller clearly took the used items off, and replaced them with our and returned the inferior goods back to us, in our packaging: We messaged the buyer a polite message saying they must have made a mistake and advise where to send them back, we heard nothing back for 2 weeks, we filed a safe-t claim, with pictures and evidence, which was approved. The buyer has now messaged us back, asking us why they have been charged, but on our system it shows a refund:

The refund was issued by Amazon, within 48 hours of the buyer sending it, as we checked the return on the same day that we received it, all be it, it was in the evening, when the return was receievd in the morning, and the message was sent straight away to the buyer.

What should we do in this situation? @Winston_Amazon@Julia_Amazon
