customer says item not received from December 2019 ? I CAN’T CHECK ADDRESS BECAUSE FULL ADDRESS NOT SHOWING ? Is this something Amazon does or is this customer error ?

Thank you, though I don’t know why full address is withheld, having customer full address would help to check order was sent to correct address, customers do put wrong address and wonder why not received

A-Z claim cannot be made after 90 days. Royal Mail will not accept claims after 80 days.
