Suspended from Prime...for the 7th time

Hi Guys

I wanted to know if anyone has any bright ideas on my issue

We have just been suspended for the 7th time from Prime due to Amazon saying our use of Buy Shipping is 0% - but EVERY sale we ever do goes through that mechanism, without fail.

Our reports even say 100% so what is the problem?

Obviously we have asked Amazon 7 times to explain but we just get a “dont do it again” message and then reinstated…

Driving us mad

Would appreciate if anyone has an answer, thanks in advance

Sorry to hear this debacle.

Firstly, you haven’t been suspended from Prime. Prime is the subscription-based free delivery scheme that Amazon has for buyers.

My guess is you mean that some/all of your listings have been suspended.

Run a valid tracking report from the valid tracking page and reply with a screenshot (making sure all columns have been expanded to show all details). After that, somebody will advise.

Good evening
That is an odd suspension…did you check your last weeks tracking info?
Suspension or figures are based on the week before…
What does the buy shipping read on that and we’re all labels bought through buy shipping in that period?
If all reads ok and buy shipping is 99% or above you just need to put that in your appeal

Many thanks and enjoy the weekend…

Similar to Premium Shipping, it’s very hard to keep MFP, due to the reliability of the couriers. If you’re doing enough volume, the metrics swing in your favour, however if you’re only sending small quantities, the odd one or two courier failures will weigh heavy and bring your metrics below par.

Keep trying

Having been warned about being suspended from Seller Fulfilled Prime for various reasons including Buy Shipping, it seems from the thread that the distinction between Buying Royal Mail Tracked 24 via Amazon Buy Shipping and Buying Royal Mail Tracked 24 via your own Royal Mail Account has not been made clear.

Whilst the same service with the same courier, with the pick ups being the same and the person delivering the parcel being the same, its how the label is purchased that is different.

For Seller Fulfilled prime, you have to purchase at least 95% of the labels via the Amazon Buy Shipping mechanism.

If you purchase it direct from Royal Mail, it counts against you.

I presume that the fulfilment centre you use has access to your account.

I usually get my warning when there are issues with Amazon Buy shipping and you cant buy labels so i get them direct via My Royal Mail account and it dips below the threshold and so my reply is that i could not buy the labels via Amazon Buy Shipping due to it being down and i get the normal “OK, But don’t let it happen again” reply

The easiest way to check is to go to a shipped order and if the tracking number links to a pop up box with tracking details, then its been purchased via Amazon Buy Shipping, if it just plain black writing, then it hasn’t. That’s what i find anyway.
