SFP Shipping Labels on a weekend
This is an issue I have taken up with support whom have not been able to provide a solution so far
We have accounts with Evri and Royal Mail and use them both for SPF
On a weekend we do not have an Evri collection so we use RM
We found that this weekend Amazon's system decided to not give us the option to use RM at all.
Support told us to delete Evri... but obviously we need this during the week. I think the issue is that Amazon's systems are 2 decades old now and the weekend enforcement was never part of the original workflow and as thus the programming doesn't have the capability of doing what the business needs. Its just a bit of a hack that is probably set in some tables which only an internal team can set at db record level.
One work around would be to get Evri to collect on a weekend - BUT - it may not be possible.

I think somehow the changes they made to the buy-box/delivery estimates have somehow broken the "workaround" they fudged to make the system allow weekend despatches

Always make sure on a Friday just before cut off at pm, go to your shipping settings an untick Evri on your Prime template as a courier so you only have RM applied. Then switch it back after cut off on Saturday.
We had this last year and it caused sooo many issues for us and have done this ever since with no issue at all.

Evri collect our SFP on a weekend, I understood it to be part of the requirement when Evri were onboarded to SFP.
We also found that buy shipping was not offering Royal Mail or DPD last weekend and 100% shipped with Evri, never seen this before. The same as last Thursday we didn't ship a single next day SFP, all were 2 day. I think they are making changes in the background to do with shipping and it keeps throwing anomolies out

We too are having he same issue, but this only started for us last weekend, is anyone using Amazon Shipping and having the same issue?
