Trouble Adding New Parent SKU With Variations

Hey heyy,

I’m struggling to add some new products with variations in SellerCentral. Here is a run through what I have been doing…

• I create a product that does not exist on Amazon
• I follow all the necessary steps in Seller Central to create the Parent,
• I fill in the details for the variations (including product ID (EAN))
• I click save and finish and wait a little while for it to appear in my inventory
• Each time the parent and variations appear but they aren’t linked together in the usual
  Parent&Variation way - they’re just separate listings

What should be the Parent SKU say “incomplete” but when I click to edit it says " * This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification."

The Variation SKU’s appear as drafts which I was able to complete successfully, and they are now active listings but all separated from one another

I’ve tried to delete the parent SKU and link the child SKU’s to a new parent SKU via upload, which I am waiting to see if it’s worked but I don’t have much faith haha

I’m guessing there is something I’m doing wrong at the start but I’m not sure what - pls help!
