i have received product authecity customer complaint. and don't have any such documents now.
How would i do now.

I got Product Authenticity and Customer Complaints from 1 of the customer , where I sold more than 800 units of that product and got so many good reviews. I am not getting how I can prove them.
I can show them other customers' review
Or even they can check my inventory themselves and check whether It's matching the listing or not.
Moreover, I have an invoice
There is no option to show them a video that my product is matching as per the listing.
Hello i have got a few Product Authenticity Customer Complaints for ASIN with no sales. A few of them have been have been purchased through liquidation pallets with no invoice that states the individual items. I have tried explaining that to the Account Health Support Team but they just give me the same bot answer over and over. Is there any other way i can get rid of this strikes or is it over for my account?
I have an issue where a customer has made a product authencity complaint. I have submitted all the relevant invoices covering the current FBA stock and all sold items which confirms that the products I sell are authentic. Each time they are rejected and email received requesting further invoices. I have tried contacting the account health specialist through the relevant button on the Account Heath page with no response, just a silenced call when is immediately cut off. How do I speak to a person to resolve this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
