My disbursements have been held up for over a month
Hi all,
Amazon have been failing to get back to me on this one and just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue;
I requested a disbursement around 3 weeks ago now due to the previous one not automatically going through and instead rolling over to the next 14 day cycle. It says your request will be processed within 24 hours but this has not been the case clearly. I waiting for the next cycle and once again been rolled over.
Amazon are ‘Answering’ my tickets but leaving no comments and I believe just shutting the ticket (please let me know if I’m not looking in the right place.).
If anyone has been in the same boat please let me know as I would love to get this sorted for obvious reasons.

This sounds like account reserve, which it seems all new sellers have - a reserve to cover any refunds, chargebacks etc.
