Two a-z claims appeals denied today

A-z claim number one customer put in a claim as item had not arrived and he did not see my e-mail reply to his message next day item arrived and he see my original message apologies all round says will will withdraw the claim and will get his card charged again he withdrew the claim and Amazon refused to re-charge the card
A=z claim number 2 customer asked to return as it arrived after Christmas delayed due to strike action auto granted and refunded on first scan minutes later put in an A=z claim also granted and defects against my account. Deniel reason for claim I did not dispatch the item is a timely manner. the Order was made at 4.53pm shipped at 8am.
This site is not workable any more no tools no seller support daily punishments daily threats to name but a few
