Can someone help. I currently have an open A to Z case.
I refunded a customer and deducted 10% from the refund as the product arrived back with us with damage to the box and a chip out of the paint on the item. I provided pictures etc of this. The customer has since opened an A to Z claiming item was different than what they ordered and they want a full refund.
I have presented my case, provided pictures and every time I go to look at the case it says I need to respond to Amazon but I cannot find messages anywhere or a response from them? Going crazy trying to figure out where these messages might be. Can someone point me in the right directly for A to Z messages?
