You would send them all together, likely in multiple boxes at once. However, unless you have looked at each title and can be reasonably certain they will fetch a decent price and sell relatively quickly, i would strongly advise against using FBA. I would recommend using FBM and fulfilling orders yourself - potentially less costly and less hassle.

With FBA you will pay to send your books in, pay to store them, pay to ship any that sell and pay to remove or destroy any that don’t sell before the storage costs increase too much.
