UK Factoring Companies for Amazon pending payments

I am interested in using a factoring company to try and gain my payments from Amazon quicker than the random dates it pays out sporadically to me.

I know this is not in fact “random” as it is offset against fees, pcc cost, postage purchased etc but it seems although I am on daily disbursement we are forever in debt to Amazon’s credit services.

I do however need access to funds sitting in the payment account to survive. I know all the detail of “dont rely solely on Amazon as a business model etc” but this is where I am currently and everything is extremely difficult without the funds sitting in the payment account.

Does anyone have a link for such a company/Do they exist in UK or it only a US thing?

Thanks so much for any insight.

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, your issue isn’t one that can be solved by using that kind of company. If you don’t have funds to disburse regularly then getting access to no money faster doesn’t help.

Solve the underlying issue that seems to be expenses exceeding sales and then if you can’t manage with daily disbursements there’s a separate conversation to be had.

Anyway, enough opinions for today

if its for UK payments i don’t believe there are any companies doing this as amazon pay you directly in your own currency therefore you just have to wait the 3-5 days

payments from EU accounts to Uk banks go in same day strangely !

This is a new one on me, but it only really seems relevant if you are a vendor rather than a seller?

I must admit, I don’t see the logic here.
You can withdraw your funds on a daily basis, so though there is 2-3 days between withdrawal and actually receiving the funds, it is still a daily payment.
To pay a factoring company for those 2-3 days seems a very expensive way of going about getting your money earlier.

Aside from the other comments re the merits of a factoring company for a seller, i highly doubt any company would want to take you on if you are struggling to actually get any money out of your account.

My advice, mirroring that of others, is to spend some time going through your account to work out exactly how your fees compare to your income. For such a high turnover to get a lack of disbursements there must be an issue with fees.

(i’d also normally suggest checking that your bank info is verified, but you have mentioned getting the odd payment)

What you are looking for in a factoring company won’t exist because your costs on Amazon change which will change what you have to withdraw as well as your rolling balance. It would simply be too much of a headache for a factoring company to offer this.

PPC is an interesting topic on these forums. We advertise and we advertise heavily, I currently have around 200 campaigns running. So much so 45% (roughly) of our sales come from advertising over a 12 month basis. These are profitable for us and increase our BSR on our products which increases our natural sales. All products we sell are our own branded products.

Between 10-12% over 12 months.

A company called SellersFunding are very good https://sellersfunding.com , you can get up to 90% of daily sales on amazon from them for a small fee of around1-2%. They then deduct the payment automatically from a digital wallet when payments are released aprox 14 days later. You need to be an established seller buts it worth looking into.

Sellers Funding do this. However, they charge you 2% of each amount they disperse to you. They are USA based and their system isn’t very intuitive. They also offer you capital. Their prices are of course quite high, so I decided not to use them in the end.
