I am now verified and want amazon fba uk advise please that i am sending stock from pakistan next week so please high light some tips and also share tips with me regardiong ppc and selling after listings get active

My account has been deactivated. I was simply trying to change the name of my LTD company.

I supplied all info on the emails from them and where it says I have to submit new information. I have done this now about 20 times.

I have perfect account health.

Each time I try and create a case I just get a automated email back saying to go and submit new information and then its marked as answered so I dont get anywhere with that.

I am going round and round in circles and there seems to be no way to actually talk to these people.

Does anyone know any way whatsoever I can actually speak to someone at Amazon and find out what the problem is?

Amazon have 'helpfully' signed me up for ERP and assigned me to 2 categories to sell in the French market - I assume so they can charge twice! . I have tried to contest the charge but they say I need to correct the mis categorisation myself. The instructions on how to achieve this are not clear.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PROVIDE A SCREEN SHOT OF HOW TO DO THIS?

I am going slowly mad, trying to a get a straight answer from Amazon on this.
