Refund Issued Without Notification of Customer's Claim
Hi everyone,
I recently encountered a problem with one of my orders. A customer contacted me to say they hadn't received their order, although there were still two days left until the final delivery date. I informed them that the order was on its way and asked them to let me know if they didn't receive it by the final delivery date so I could provide an appropriate solution.
Four days later, I was surprised to receive a message from Amazon stating that the product amount was refunded to the customer upon their request without consulting me. This has negatively impacted my account health.
What steps should I take to address this issue?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello @Just_Simply_Dad_Desi

I was checking the account and would like to tell you that I was reviewing the A to Z claim for the order 701-6186566-5449833 and in this case please know that the maximum estimated delivery date was in May 30th 2024.
When I check the tracking number for this order, I do see it is still in transit.
