Read onlyI'm trying to reactivate my account as follows:
1. Click on "reactivate your account"
2. It says I must "successfully address all issues below to qualify for account reactivation".
3. However there are no issues listed that I can resolve, and it says I have 0 violations.
4. When I try to contact Amazon via the "help" button, I get an instant response saying that it's not the right channel to file an appeal.
5. It then sends me back to the "reactivate your account" button, and I get stuck in an endless loop.
What should I do?
