Lost Buy Box - due to pricing

Morning all,

Hope someone can help, we noticed that on 1st February over 160 of listings suddenly lost the buy box, we raised a case about this and this was Amazon’s reply:

We have determined that you are currently not eligible to be featured in the Buy Box for this ASIN because your offer is not priced competitively compared to other retailers outside of Amazon.

What can you do to price your offers competitively?
• On the Pricing Health page, lower your offer’s total price (Price + shipping) to match or beat the Competitive Price.

The strange thing is there are our exclusive products that no one else sells so we are the only seller on the listing so how can this be possible?
