Complaint needed but I cannot get any help from support
Please can someone help me get this complaint letter below to the complaints team. No one will help me or tell me the correct way to complain through amazon seller support. Thankyou

For some time now, Amazon’s referral fee for Books, Music, Video and DVD (BMVD) products with a total sales value (product plus shipping) up to £5.00 has been set at 5.1% plus VAT (6.12% including VAT). The 5.1% rate seems to be applied correctly to Books, but Music orders are still being charged at the higher 15.3% rate (18.36% including VAT), which is intended for orders with a total sales value above £5.00
I have been overcharged on 1000’s of sales of CD’s and DVD’s since this began on January 25th 2021 (orders under the £5 threshold) so I have contacted seller support around 50 times, spoke to around 50 agents and opened around 50 cases now. I have had cases closed for no reason, support passing the case to the internal team over and over, cases closed without answers and filled out around 50 spreadsheets doing numerous different things for agents and spent 10 weeks now and 100+ hours filling out spreadsheets with only around 400 incorrect fees been refunded.
I really am lost on all this now and fed up. This error is amazons error but yet I have had to work on spreadsheets for weeks to try and get these refunds. I have been told 100s of wrong things to do, asked for ASIN’s, order numbers etc and told spreadsheets were wrong and to change them, I was told to open 500 cases with 5 out off the 1000s of ASINs in each case.
I have not made this error, Amazon have overcharged me and I don’t understand why I have been put through so much hassle for the refunds. I should of been refunded with an apology weeks ago and I am thinking of taking this matter further if this is not resolved. A few thousand refunds may be a small thing for yourselves as such a big company but it’s a lot to me. Your welcome to read through the 50+ cases and all the hassle and wrong information I have received from seller support and also them refusing to allow me any methods to make a complaint in my seller support help section. I think myself that there are that many refunds to process that the support agents are passing the complaints and cases around to avoid the work.
I would appreciate any help with this before I look to report this as I have no other way to resolve this, I am that wound up and fed up with it I have even thought of reporting it to the papers as the horrendous way I have been dealt with is insane! I cannot believe how much hassle and wrong information I have been given when amazon made the error (and are still overcharging me on sales even now) and when amazon owe me the refunds.

Somewhere there is a long thread about this, and other sellers are having success in getting refunded for the overpaid amount - I believe they are producing a spreadsheet.
I will try and see if I can find the thread - here they are - several of them !
May give you some tips for success in getting refund.

Hi, I have sent around 50+ spreadsheets and only been refunded on about 400 out of around 3000 incorrect fees. I think the people who have been OK and refunded haven’t had such a big amount of refunds due. Thankyou
