Account closed but can't get my inventory out?
I made a post recently about Amazon blocking my account due to false allegations from other sellers. I sent Amazon the documents they requested but they kept replying saying they need it again, at such speed that clearly no human was reading my emails!
Now they’ve replied stating they have decided I can no longer sell on Amazon and that my account will remain deactivated and they may not respond to my appeals anymore.
In this time they have continued to charge me the Amazon Seller Fee, blocked the money I’ve made from sales in the account and have put my stock under ‘reserve’ which made it impossible for me to remove them from their warehouse.
I heard so much negative feedback from other sellers before getting in to Amazon selling myself but I could not image it would go this badly! They blocked my account on false allegation, have not listened to my appeals or properly checked the documents that I’ve sent them and now have effectively closed my account without giving me any instructions on how to get my inventory out.
Please can someone advice on how to get my inventory out of Amazons warehouse? I’m done trying with them and wish to shut the account down completely.

Unfortunately as the deactivation was for counterfeit or infringing property its unlikely they will release them.
By law I think counterfeit items must be destroyed.

Unfortunately according to your last thread, you were accused of selling counterfeit items - by that amazon means you selling on someone else’s branded listing
I also remember your invoices were from alibaba
Therefore you may need to fight to get it back I’m afraid
