Not being offered partnered shipping option

I am not being offered the option to select partnered shipping into Amazon UK. Is that sometimes the case? I am sending an inward order from a UK address to the UK Amazon hub.

If you are in uk and have a UK ship from address, sending to UK fba warehouse there are a few possibilities why no offer of UPS including items being hazmat or oversized items
Do either apply ?
