Negative feedback Buyer ordered wrong item and could not return? can it be removed?
Hi, I believe it was buyers error and Amazons return policy at fault but I got a negative feedback and Amazon denied twice a removal request?
The buyer stated in their feedback:
"I ordered what I thought was the extra strength shampoo. My error it was not. I was told to send my product back for a refund and I did using USPS with tracking information that cost me $12.00 Amazon and seller declined my refund. So I am not only out the $43.00 for the refund but also for the shipping to returns. Had I known it was entitled to a refund I would have just kept it."
As highlighted in the buyer’s own words, they acknowledge that the error was theirs ("My error it was not"). The buyer mistakenly ordered the wrong item and then expected a return and refund. but, per Amazon's policy, health and personal care items are not eligible for return. The buyer's frustration with this policy has resulted in negative feedback, which does not reflect the accuracy of my listing or the quality of my service.
I believe this feedback is unjust as it penalizes me for adhering to Amazon's established return policies and not for any mistake or fault on my part. ....what do you guys think?
thanks

The buyer doesn't acknowledge it was their mistake-"My error it was not" implies it wasn't their error.
Who told her to return it? Where did she get the label?
Amazon will not remove as it doesn't fall under their removal rules.
