MY QUESTION or call it a complaint which still remains unanswered by the amazon seller support, ticket is opened from very long time, since 2nd of Feb 2025. Please advise why there is no invoice generated for the amazon monthly subscription fee, its been long and we have realised that it was never accounted into our accounting system when submit vat, as these do not show up in VAT report or seller fee invoices. This is not a great process to only show up these fees under date range report and exclude from the tax library, vat invoices, please escalate this issue to your development team, tech team and resolve this issue asap please. thanks

As you will know from 1st August 2024 Amazon started charging UK VAT on invoices, so that you can reclaim it on your VAT Return.

I have just noticed there is VAT added now to Storage Fees (for UK Storage)

But we do not get a monthly storage invoice?

I am wondering if there are any other hidden fees that we can reclaim VAT on?

Obviously we get the Merchant Label one, FBA one, Commission one, Advertising ones.

What about UPS collection charges?

What about Removal Order Fees?
