hi all.
this is getting weird now. i appealed a dispute on some items which took over a year for some items that were flagged up as inauthentic. i sent over all the documentation they asked for the 3 items they flagged. now when checking the latest on the appeal, they are no longer asking for details on the 3 items, but an item that wasnt on the original list!!
i sent off the reciepts for my last purchase of them, but havent heard anything over the last month.
i wanted to see if this is something that anyone else has had happen to them? i hope someone can help, because i have no idea how to fix this and calling amazon has been no use

Was the appeal for the original 3 accepted ?
I know there was discussion of deleting everything and starting with fresh stock

so this is the typical 3 asin check for new sellers so is your account deactivated at the moment?
is the one that they are asking for an actual complaint from a customer if your account is active?
are your invoices from a proper wholesaler?
