Closing merged global account...partially

Man, oh man.

Georgia boy from the US here.
I’ve got a couple of accounts merged for global marketplace here. One primary with trademarked, branded store, and one for UK/EU marketplace use that I’ve never used.

I’ve since changed to a different company type (from sole-proprietor to Corporation) on the US side and am leaving behind the UK account and all connected marketplaces in that hemisphere.

So, a couple of issues.

I’ve never listed anything with that account or in those marketplaces, but I’ve started seeing a monthly charge from UK marketplace for around $79USD.
Support told me to downgrade from pro to individual, I have already. Still being charged.
Support told me to put the marketplaces in holiday/vacation mode even though I’ve never listed anyting. I have, still being charged.
I’ve opened multiple tickets via the help portal asking for assistance closing that portion of my account since the normal process is a little ambiguous, but does say I can’t remove individual marketplaces since I’m doing global. It’s all or nothing.
Every ticket though, I only get one reply along the lines of “it seems you want to close your account, follow this link” and they close the ticket so I can’t even reply.

Anyone here have experience unmerging accounts or closing just partial?

I have one login for US/Can/Mex and that was joined for admin with the other account that does UK/EU/etc. I just want to close the UK one that is operating as a different business even.

Hi @ATLGaming,

Merging of accounts is permanent. Once you have merged your accounts, you will not be able to undo the merge.

I believe this is the reason why on the Tickets open you get as answer if you want to close the account.
