suspended disbursements
Hello there,
We have received a notification on 15.05.2024 that our information is verified – "Amazon payment account has been activated." - but we didn't received any payment in the last payment settlement period...
Also the banner in Amazon health page :
"Your disbursements have been suspended .Your disbursements have been suspended due to unmet UK business establishment requirements. Refer to details on documents required to provide evidence proving that your company is established in the UK in accordance with the UK VAT on eCommerce legislation. If you submitted your information and received confirmation that it was validated within the past 48 hours, please disregard this notification."

I have called Amazon health specialist , also created a case but there is no respond.
It is very critical issue and we can not wait because the expenses need to be paid...
