Same here, I was trying to use the buy shipping in bulk and it turned up saying: there are no delivery services currently eligible for your order
But I can only use buy shipping in individual orders,
same here guys nice to know we are in it together
Im having the same issue but only on my PC. Works fine from my phone but on the desktop site. If anyone finds a fix please put it up. Its quite annoying doing them one by one.

it needs you urgent attention, unfortunately seller support is going in circles.
Its the QZ tray app causing the issue.
Still have the same issue on our desktop PCs in the office, have discovered that we can buy bulk shipping from a laptop. We do not have the printer software on our laptop so saving labels to PDF in dropbox, then opening on PC to print. It is not ideal but a way to speed things up a bit short term. Would be interested to know if any others have found solutions?

Same problem since yesterday. CS is a waste of time. Good thing it happened to a lot of companies because they're probably fixing it eventually.

I contacted QZ and received the following reply:

Note that all support issues for QZ Tray must first go through Amazon UK support. This one seems to have enough people complaining that we'll need to email them to see what they changed that broke things.

I still cannot use buy shipping in bulk. it doesn't load all the orders and the ones it does it says : Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no delivery services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and service provider’s preferences are accurate. Please adjust the input, adjust your preferences or remove this order to continue with your label purchases
Hopefully there will be a fix soon as it is a pain purchasing one at a time
I am having this issue too. Seller support tell me "it might be a technical issue" and I should just wait. No indication of it being passed on to tech support or anything. I suppose they'll get round to it eventually, maybe,

This ridiculous.
I have 2 desktops in the office that worked 48 hours ago and a laptop , all have stopped working.
Single order works with QZ Tray working.
Bulk Shipping only works if I close QZ Tray and print them as PDF.
This is causing huge ammounts of work.
until they pull their finger out try this...
uninstall qz tray, buy shipping in bulk and export labels in PNG format
you will receive individual png files and a pdf with all the labels merged that can be easily printed at once.
I received a response from QZ Tray who have now emailed their point of contact at Amazon to try and get this issue escalated.
By Monday, one hopes!
I am also having this issue from about the same time you posted....so far Seller Support dragging their heals and being useless as ever
