Managing Certain Countries On A Different Account

The veterans of this great community, I need some advice and guidance

So, the account that we are currently doing business with for some years is doing business in the UK. We run FBA mainly. The account is registered to a company based outside the UK and the EU zone, so we had some issues with the VAT for selling in the German market. (Dont know the exact issue we had, this happened prior to me taking over the management of the account.) I’ve been told to create and verify a second account, so I did.

We registered a new company in Germany and created a new account with the information of that company. (I can hear the questions asking if we contacted seller central about running two seller accounts and due to the issue we experienced with the VAT they okayed it.) We are a registered brand.

  1. Can a brand have two accounts assigned as owners? If not, would it just make more sense to shift the ownership to the new account, if so, how will the current inventory we have in FC be shifted to the new account?

  2. Considering we have to use both accounts to manage things, how will it work exactly? Will I have to manage listing details such as kw, A+ etc. from the main account and FBA shipments, pricing, ads etc. from the new account?

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Best of luck to every seller out there!
