Read onlyI have a disbursement issue with AMAZON PAYMENTS EUROPE S.C.A. (covering coutries Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium). Didn`t received disbursements already for 2 month. Every time they just write: "An unexpected issue occurred during fund transfer."
Have to add the it`s not the problem with my bank account, I have tried 2 banks and still the problem stays. No issue with verification proceses..etc.
It`s problem with AMAZON PAYMENTS EUROPE S.C.A. , because from HSBC BANK PLC (covering countries Netherlands, Poland, Sweeden, UK) we recieving and it`s all fine there.
Of course, opened case regarding this problem a mounth ago. During this period no valuable infomation from Amazon, just tranfering the case.
Maybe anybody had a simmilar issue?

Hi, still no solution from Amazon. It`s been already 2 month since opened my first case regarding this issue.
I`ve tried already 3 different banks and the problems stays the same.
I`m 100% sure it`s an technical issue from Amazon end.
Since end of the may 2024 i`m not receiving disbursements from Amazon.
Opened many cases, with no solution, just transferring to somebody.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the disbursement issue with our Amazon account. It has been two months, and we still have not received our disbursements due to what seems to be a technical issue on Amazon's end.
Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance and follow up on this matter, there has been no resolution or even a clear explanation of the issue. How is it possible that after two months, your team cannot find a solution or at least provide me with a detailed explanation of the problem?
This ongoing delay is severely impacting our business operations, and we urgently need this matter resolved. Please prioritize this issue and provide a prompt and effective solution.
