Born To Run Programme Asking To Reduce Cost - but by how much?

Hi Guys, I have a Vendor Central account and have set up new ASINs to replace my current ones as we have a hard barcode change due to a slight change in product.

I have set up the new ASINs and need to launch these on the Born To Run programme otherwise we will be waiting ages for Vendor Central to place a PO.

When I go to submit a Born To Run order, I receive a rejection notification stating the cost price isn’t low enough for Amazon.

I have reduced the cost price slightly however it is still being rejected. I can’t speak to a Vendor Manager and Amazon keep sending me auto response emails saying just to decrease the cost.

I can’t just keep reducing the cost price to suit Amazon, it’s close to becoming unprofitable - how can I determine what cost price Amazon need?
