Fake buyers are attacking my listing

I know it is little chance you can help me. However, as a honest seller, you are the only channel we can ask for help.

Yesterday our brand was threatened by a Chinese to destroy our listing.

We bought 10 UPC codes from a Chinese Taobao store which claimed they were authorised by UPC. However, we found they have no authority to sell UPC code at all yesterday. So, we left negative feedback. Then the store owner left message which he will destroy all my listings at amazon yesterday because from UPC he can know all our listing.

We understand there are too many fake buyers at amazon. It is so easy to destroy our store to have some fake buyers to buy-return-leave one star rating. Yes, today, my sale is increasing 50%. I know among them there are some fake buyers. But there is nothing we can do to. Don’t tell me we can report unfair reviews. Nothing happened every time we reported.

They are correct that they can trace your listings from the UPC codes.

Personally, I would pull them all and re list using GS1 codes. You are going to run into problems with these at some point anyway so you might as well get it right from the start.

Below is a thread that demonstrates what could possibly happen further down the line.
