Need help! FBA Products Stuck in "Reserved" Status
12 out of 13 skus from our last shipment are stuck in reserved status for over a month now. The single sku that made it through has 381 more units available then we shipped in. Reciliation Investigation says they received the unexpected units even though they don't exist. We have never had this happen before. But I am more concerned with the units that are still in reserve. These are make-up items that mainly sell during the Halloween season which is right upon us. . How do I get them out of reserve before the season begins?. Customer service is useless. They only cut and paste reserved inventory status over and over again. without any explanation of why these restock items are reserved. and how it is possible for the one sku can have such an excessive amount of inventory. I opened a new case 13833937711 explaining the situation clearly. Can you look at that case? See below what I wrote:
My FBA shipment ID FBA17BN096X0 was complete on September 10th. I received the attached email stating
Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
Amazon shipment ID (FBA17BN096X0) has been received at its final Amazon fulfillment center destination and has been fully processed into inventory. Your units are now fulfillable.
Yet every Asin from that shipment is stuck in reserve status in the system at at MDW2 (The original destination) The units in this shipment are not available for prime shipment or in some cases, not at all. There is an obvious computer glitch since they can't be both in reserve and fully processed.
Note: I had to open a new case because the initial response from the customer service rep was about one asin and that was the one with inflated inventory. They can't seem to understand the request.
Please help! October is coming and these units are seasonal for Halloween. Please get them out of reserve status.

Both cases 13797442941 and 13782883561 came back with the same information that I can see. That they are still in fc processing.
"These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions, and weight or pending investigations."
This is not an internal investigation. It doesn't answer why they are still 30 plus days in reserve. It doesn't answer the question of why I received an email stating the shipment was fully processed yet they are showing they are in reserve.

I just wanted to check in with you - is your shipment still showing up in reserve? Also, is it still showing that you have 381 extra units? If you are still experiencing these issues, I will escalate these cases internally!

Still having the same issues and getting the same responses but now I am being charged for returns because amazon is sending out the wrong items under X003X0QOP5 that says I have 365 extra units. They are shipping out the wrong product. I am on phone again with customer service. This is costing me all the way around. ZERO product in my inventory for Halloween X002WHB1ML and wrong product being shipped under X003X0QOP5. No one seems to be able to fix this since August 17th. What am I suppose to do??
