The UPS account details you entered are invalid - sending to FBA in Spain from the UK
I keep getting the same error when trying to arrange a shipment from the UK to Amazon ES FBA centre.
I have raised several tickets with Amazon - always just circular discussions with Amazon saying my account number is invalid. Apparantly UPS are supposed to send me an onboarding pack which I have never received. Contacted UPS over a period of 3 days, absolutely no use. Bounced from Customer service to technical to accounts. No one at UPS seems to know how the Amazon partnership should work. For now I have shipped using my DHL account as the UPS partnership for international FBA seems to be broken. Anyone at Amazon working on this or can help?

Based on similar cases, this error often occurs due to a mismatch between the UPS account's registered country code and the shipping origin country.
Can you please:
- Verify your UPS account's registered address has UK as the country code
- If needed, update the address details in your UPS account settings
If the issue persists after making these changes, please let us know.

Honestly Ezra I cant tell you how much time and energy myself and others sellers like Great_British_Tie_C1 have wasted with UPS and Amazon seller support. I had so many conversations with Amazon seller support and not one person knew that this service has been suspended. Literally weeks now.
Its not even clear during the replenishment workflow that this service has been suspended. We were constantly told it was an issue with our account setup, mismatched addresses or it was a UPS issue and not an Amazon issue.
Its so frustrating.
