Does UK marketplace accept other countries bank account cause I got a UAE bank account, Or we have make an UK Bank account, then which bank would be best?

In that case when you asked recently about whether or not you should register for vat after 3 months of selling, yes you are required to as a NETP
As for bank, has your one been rejected by amazon ?

You need to be registered for VAT and your account needs to be verified before you send any stock in.
You won’t be able to sell anything until these two are sorted out.
Though it is possible that some sales will be allowed.
However, you will most certainly not be able to take any funds from the account until both are completed.
