Need help with listing of my own product/brand

Hi,

I’m very new as a seller in Amazon and really wish I can get proper detailed explanation of what I need to do to resolve my issue.

I have logged a ticket with support, but they just kept going round and round with no clear instruction of what I need to do.

Basically, I am the manufacturer and brand owner of this product. However, my product is considered as health and safety and household product. I also have received a GTIN exemption for the product and brand.

However, whenever I tried to complete a listing, amazon bots kept taking my listing down.
Amazon support kept asking me to fill the form that I sent link above, and I’ve told them that I’ve done it.

Can anyone please help me with this? Am I not able to create listing of my product simply because the product is under this category?

I’ve also tried FBA route, but the listing still got taken down.
