A to z granted with incorrect customer address
Hi All,
Don’t you just love a to z. Customer, France, opened an a to z as their item was not received. Tracking showed that attempted delivery was made. Customer then informs me that they had entered the incorrect address. A to Z granted by Amazon France, which goes against our performance. Have spoken to Amazon, have appealed the decision have contacted Amazon France and they still won’t remove it from our performance. I gave Amazon the tracking number, a copy of the messages between myself and the customer which showed the message where the customer tells me that their address is incorrect. What more should/could we do?
Thanks

Could you post here screenshots of your full A-Z claim representation?

Absurd…Most likely no one there who is actually checking what’s going on or they won’t bother.
Even with the buyer confession that’s how bad it is

I have had exactly the same problem in France and the best advice I can give is forget it and move on.
They admitted the address was incomplete.
I’d told the customer we would refund when it is returned.
Instead they put in an A-Z Claim even saying in the claim the problem was the address was wrong.
I appealed and it was rejected.
It seems Amazon take a simple view, tracking or no tracking, Not Received = Refund and Order Defect

Thanks all,
Just another one of those annoying situations.
