Your Amazon.com Seller Account - Performance Notification
Hi.
Below is a copy of an email from seller performance.
I “appear” to have violated policies.
However, I am almost certain I have not .
Please advise why I could be receiving this message.
Seller support are not able to identify any ASINs that could be causing this.
Any help is appreciated

That’s a new one. Do you use claim codes. Ive been looking into these using a thing called Landing cube I wonder if this is prohibited.

Has anyone in your family ordered a product from your store?
Have you sent email to customers looking for reviews?

Thanks for the replies.
No family order
No review requests
I did order a product from a competitor who was selling my brand as a test purchase about 3 months ago
This was from my listing but money was sent to the competitor account, not mine. A
In addition.
Seller support suggest it is general email
I would like to inform you that it is a general notification that has been sent to all the sellers who are selling on Amazon to make sure they know about our policy and to stop doing violation that they are doing knowingly or unknowingly.
Any further advise would be appreciated
Thanks again

Yeah, i did not think it was a generic email.
No review left but did suggest the competitor product was counterfeit in the reason for return.
Given that seller support are giving incorrect information
And that I cant identify the reason for this notice
What is the best way to procede??
Again, any thoughts would be welcome

Hi All
I have just received the same notification, for the second time in a week.
After i received the first one i sent a message to support for more info on this.
I still have not heard from them.
As i do not believe i did anything wrong i thought it was a generic email to scare sellers.
Now i received it a second time.
I have no idea what they are talking about and am now a little worried about it.
Lack of info is the most annoying part. If you have been accused of something but do not know what you have done, how do you stop repeating it. IF YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG.
Seller support is utterly useless and clueless on this.
Any one gone through this ?

I’ve received the same thing, seller support haven’t been able to resolve the situation.
Did you guys get anywhere with this?

I have just received this message a third time.
Still NO RESPONSE to my request for more info from SELLER SUPPORT.
From the last time, Approx 10 days ago, i have changed login password, done Zero searches, and had most of my sales through FBA.
Still i got the message AGAIN.
Needless to say, i have (never) done the things that Amazon has said i have done. But no one out there wants to listen.
I have just a load of stuff to FBA . Now not sure where i stand.
