Credit Card Invalid
Hi,
I’ve just tried to disburse and received this email:
Your scheduled payment of GBP £0.00 has been cancelled because the credit or debit card information that you have provided is invalid. Funds will not be transferred to you until your charge method has been updated. Also, my card has more than enough available credit on it.
I’ve since replaced my credit card even though it is in good health with no reason why a payment should be declined. The requested payment showed as £0.00 when there was an amount there. My funds available now shows the figure I tried to disburse but when I try to I get this message:
This account is currently not eligible for On-Demand Disbursement.
You cannot disburse more than once in a twenty-four hour period.
But I haven’t disbursed. Before this happened I could disburse ever 24 hours.
I have checked my account info, bank account etc. and nothing has changed.
I’m totally confused.
Any help or advice would be appreciated,

Since my previous I’ve received an email stating my disbursement is on it’s way, good news! The bad news is now my account is going through verification again. Oh joy!

I had this a few months ago even though the card was valid and nothing had changed.
It was caused because Barclaycard wondered why Amazon kept pinging my card so often. They thought it was suspicious and blocked them, so the next time Amazon pinged it and were blocked, they stopped my disbursement.
Once I’d got Barclaycard to unblock them, everything was back to normal.
