Availability wrong
Hello, all of my products are fulfilled by amazon, however after shipping a box of different products to a warehouse some of them are displaying “availability 2” when there is only 1 of each product that should be available. Is this a temporary error that will resolve itself or is there someone I can contact? Im not sure who I can contact to help me fix this issue. I dont want this to negatively affect my account as Im still very new to amazon fba. Thank you in advance!
(Im selling books and each book in the shipment was different so availability should never be greater than 1)

I generally left it as once they realise that the extra copies didn’t arrive at the next warehouse in the chain they would adjust it themselves.

I’ve had it happen a few times with my books. Most of the time it was resolved fairly quickly, but i did have a couple where they were actually ordered by a buyer before Amazon realised. No negative impact on the account.

Thank you for the reply! Did you need to get in touch with amazon to resolve the issue or did they realise later and fix the problem on their own?
