Hi I have just started using Amazon Buy shipping and send Royal Mail 2nd class Large letters and parcels. When I was sending Royal mail click and drop I used to get a 21 digit delivery confirmation number which I could check if they had been delivered. However the postage labels generated by Amazon buy shipping do not display the 21 digit code. Is there somewhere I can see this code or does Amazon buy shipping not generate one for Royal Mail @nd class large letters and parcels. Postage labels generated when using CRL48 service do diaplsy the 21 digit code at the bottom of the label.

Any help of suggestions would be appreciated

We sometimes have an issue with our Tracking IDs when it comes to Royal Mail 48 Large Letters. Occasionally, some Tracking IDs are being flagged by Amazon as invalid although there is no difference in format or procedure to items being mailed with valid Tracking IDs.

If the item lacks a delivery scan then would this affect the validity of the ID?

This question relates to Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter brought on an RM account not being a valid tracking method.

I have started to use Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (code BPL2 on Click and Drop) for some of my orders. I am having messages from customers asking for refunds as Amazon are saying the item is lost when there is a delivery scan.

My VTR is also now much lower and checking the VTR report a lot of the orders on there have a valid delivery scan from RM so should be valid for VTR.

Seller support say that the items do not have a carrier scan but that is incorrect as they do.

VTR policy says 2nd Class Large Letters can be used so I shouldn't be penalised for doing so.

Can a Mod please advise why Royal Mail 2nd Class Large letter is not valid for VTR and why customers are being told the goods are running late or lost when there is a delivery scan?
