Amazon appeal submitted

hey fellow FBA users, I recently resubmitted my appeal. They replied back by saying my seller store(online_utilities) is affiliated with another store(webstoreutilities). I have no clue from where did they come up with such a claim, they have given me three options. Obviously, I will be going with the one stating that I have no affiliation or have ever owned such a store and that it was an error. I have come here to ask if any fellow users have ever had such an issue with Amazon.
Thanks

Plenty and in the majority of cases the link is there even if obscure. Recently sellers were suspended for using the same 3PL’s or having same address listed for returns / freight forwarders etc…
However, links can be for a variety of reasons same bank cards, directors, addresses, telephone numbers and more besides!

What’s the best solution shall I just give trying to retain my account, or start off fresh?

Your other thread(s) are about your suspension over ASINs that you say you never sold (although you appear to have listed them, which is still enough to cause suspension). Now you are saying it’s for having linked accounts, that you also claim to know nothing about. And you previously mentioned an outstanding FBA payment - does that mean you owe Amazon money that they can’t collect?

Are there any other problems with your account that you haven’t mentioned?

usually accounts are linked with random other accounts but as both yours and the linked ones are named ‘utilities’ that is quite a link
have you ever tried to open an amazon account in the past - even just putting in your email address and then quitting and starting again ? or any of your directors etc ?

Are you a UK company? have you recently moved house perhaps? Is the address on your amazon account yours or a shared address?
