Why negative customer feedback due to Amazon delivery can't be removed?
I have never seen such a situation before. It is really infuriating. In the past this was the case From Amazon: “This item was delivered by Amazon and Amazon is responsible for the delivery experience.” Feedback will simply be deleted. And my ODR increases by 0.01 every week. I don't understand why this is.
