Prime badge not showing and Expected delivery completely wrong
Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I’ve taken a screen shot of where I am winning the buybox for 2 items shown from 4. These are Prime enabled (sfp) and yet the badge isn’t showing. Further, delivery is showing as Tuesday next week. The screenshot was taken at 13.35 ish and therefore before the 2pm cut off.
In reality, the delivery will be tomorrow but even using the assumption that Royal Mail 24 is a 1-2 day service, the delivery would be Saturday. Why on earth, is delivery therefore showing as Tuesday?
I’m logged in with a Prime Account and given the listing is mine, the delivery location should not cause any issues!
Please help or is this just a clear example of Amazon being anti-competitive?

if I remember correctly, whilst the cut off for same day shipping for us sellers is 2pm, the cut off time that is shown to customers purchasing is 1pm (that way the 30-40 minute pending time is accounted for)
