Disputed the charge for this order with their card issuer
in new here and i got a mail from amazon today morning …
any one can help me to solve this …
Greetings from Amazon.
The buyer has disputed the charge for this order with their card issuer:
Order Number: 00000
Dispute Amount: 00000
Items Purchased:
0000000
Funds in your account equal to the order amount are being held in reserve until the card issuer closes the dispute. We can challenge this dispute on your behalf, but the card issuer will decide whether to grant the buyer’s claim.
At this time, do not ship any items or replacements for this order.
Within seven days, please respond to the dispute or issue a full refund from your account. You can view and respond to disputes on the “Chargeback Claims” page in the “Performance” section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/chargebacks/home.html). To issue a refund, visit the Manager Orders page in the Orders section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2).
If you do not respond to this dispute by the deadline, the reserved funds will be debited from your account.
To learn more about disputes, search “Chargebacks” in Seller Central.
Thank you,

Check your seller dashboard under chargebacks, if you have posted the order, then respond to Amazon with shipping details and Amazon will normally deal with the issue themselves.
Chargebacks are when buyers either dispute a payment made on their card, or report the card lost, stolen etc.,

It looks like one of your buyers filled a credit card chargeback to dispute a payment for their order.
What is the status of the chargeback when you click on this link?

If it is requiring your response, then respond by providing the tracking information.
Chargebacks are between the buyer’s bank and Amazon, it can take months until they are resolved. According to my experience, in most cases your account won’t be debited, even if you never responded. It’s because Amazon is responsible for any Unauthorised transaction chargebacks and will cover them.
