I'm reaching out to the community for advice regarding the suspension of my seller account. My account was deactivated due to a verification issue. I received a performance notification stating that my documents were not acceptable, but I haven't been provided with specific details regarding what information or documents were incorrect or missing. Despite several attempts to contact Amazon for clarification, I’ve only been told that my account remains deactivated, but no specific guidance on how to resolve the issue has been provided.
Here’s the timeline of events:
13/09/2024: Received a notification stating that my account verification failed.
I’ve reached out to Amazon via email and Seller Support, but the responses I’ve received have been vague, simply restating that I cannot continue to sell.
I’m fully committed to providing any necessary information to comply with Amazon’s policies, but I’m unsure what steps to take next as Amazon hasn’t provided clear feedback.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or can anyone provide advice on how to get more detailed feedback from Amazon to resolve this?

While I understand your position on this matter and the need to seek support with our Support team, our teams and support teams are unable to influence the decision of not activating your account, we can only advise you to refer to the original notification sent to your account on 9/13/2024.
As of today, the information outlined in the performance notification is still valid, and we have been unable to verify the information you provided.

Hey, send your UTR number showing your name and address on it, along with a picture of you holding it up. This is what we did, and it worked a treat.
