Not appearing in searches
Hi guys. We are new to Amazon. Our main product does not appear in “all department” searches for its exact product name. Loads of other brands with the same product name do appear and loads of products that are a bit similar appear too, but we’re nowhere in five pages of results.
We appear in the first few items for “grocery” searches.
Any thoughts on why we might be invisible in “all department” searches?

Depending on what exactly is searched i see both products on the first page of “all”. Both listings could do with more photos - things like that can influence where Amazon put you in search results.

Did you try searching just wild blueberry powder (which we believe would be the most common search)?

Ah, so what you are saying is that for all departments the search is extremely wide and picks up loads of products that aren’t necessarily the right product but are better described so they look like the right product to amazon bots.

I have another question. Maybe for a new thread, but…
Because we are new our price info doesn’t show up in search results until after the customer clicks on the product and then the price info box. Obviously not ideal. Amazon say wait 30 days, but I was wondering if there is anything else I can improve on the listing to make this happen faster?
