Help! My product has been receiving malicious negative reviews from competitors for several days. What should i do?
My product has been continuously receiving one-star ratings and fraudulent reviews from potential buyers and competitors. I have tried reporting and emailing the relevant team, but have yet to receive a response or solution.
We are facing a serious issue as these reviews do not have verified purchase marks and the content is often contradictory or vague. And checking their purchase history reveals no information, indicating that this is their first review. Typically, genuine customers would seek our help and contact us to resolve any issues, but it appears these reviewers are solely leaving negative feedback, and the content is unrelated to our product.
What can I do, or can be done, to resolve this?

I can confirm that reporting and emailing to community-help@amazon.com is the proper path to remove reviews that go against our community guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
