Hi @Sandy_Amazon and the Amazon Community Manager team,

My brand registry case id is 16915607291.

It was rejected without any given reason, which was understandable. I tried to explain this in the appeal process.. which all the 3 times got the same cope and paste as an answer.

Since i had heard, the auttorny might be the case, I inbetween changed the auttorny.

Now I want to reapply for the brand and it says " the application is under review". The last answer I got from the brand registry team was on 6th of this month.

My product is already ready and waiting for the shipment. and I can not do it before the barodes can be sent to the supplier after the brand registry.

please help to find out what is the real issue also how to close the case, so that I can reapply.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist you; thanks for providing the case ID.

Because the status of your application is "Ineligible," the only way to move forward in registering the brand is to successfully appeal the current status. Out of the 6 potential reasons listed in your appeal rejection on 1/6/25 at least 1 is the reason. Unfortunately, the appeals team will not provide any additional information.

In these situations, I recommend taking some time with each of those 6 reasons and your account/application to review what the reason is.

If you are unable to add additional information by either responding back to the case ID or clicking "Appeal," from your Brand Applications Dashboard, please let me know (and ideally provide a screenshot of the error) and I can escalate that issue.
