Pending Amazon Action
Amazon acknowledged items were lost inbound and shows we are reimbursed for that, however total says 0. (Instead of the price of the item * the quantity)
We replied on the case log and followed up but we haven't received any response for many days.
The case says "pending Amazon action" and it says there for a while.
Please advise.
