Vat Exempted/Automatic invoice generation

Hello,

My VAT exemption status on amazon was declined however i opened a case explaining how i do not need to register for VAT.

VAT exemption status then was approved however i am unable to enable Automatic Invoice generation. Upon contacting Amazon, I was advised to wait 24/48 hours however it’s been more than 3 days now and i still cannot enable Automatic invoice generation.

Any idea on what to do in this case?
