Amazon charged my Reserved Amount Balance $1500 with NO Reason?? HELP
Amazon just charged my reserved amount balance $1500 with no reason, transaction type is Other, no more other details showed for this transaction.
I double checked my seller account, no performance notification, account in good health, no emails from Amazon.
Everything is in good status, but Amazon DO charged my reserved amount balance with no reason.
Anyone knows how could I appeal this to Amazon? seller support don't know what happened either and transfer my case to internal team....
I am still waiting for their response......

It appears you had a charge show up as 'Other' and are unsure of what it represents, is that correct?
It sounds like from the above that you have opened a case with Seller Support on this. Would you mind sharing the case # below? I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided up to this point.
