Returned item problem

Hello
A buyer recently returned a product and when I got the item back I refunded.
Now I have a take action message on my returns page but of course no info on what that action might be???
The item has come back to me,I have refunded,I have been charged £3.50 for the buyer to send it back,what am I supposed to do,What have I missed ???

If you’ve refunded it will just sit on your dashboard for 50 or so days
